Mikoto Nakamura is a senior at Wesleyan University majoring in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry with a minor in Global Engagement. She has grown up in seven countries (Canada, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Japan, and the United States) and nine cities through out her life. Therefore, growing up, she has struggled with her sense of identity and belonging. Her global engagement minor has been a personal journey allowing her to explore the complexities of identity, belonging, and finding community. This page documents her reflective thinking and approaches to various aspects of her life.
